Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! You can easily inquire about available dates and times by visiting the "BOOK NOW" link above.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 3 days may incur a 25% charge of the booking total.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will require full payment for the booking.

What about payment?

  • New clients or those with past late payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Repeat clients: Payment is due within 24 hours after the completion of services.

  • Recurring clients: A Venmo request for all services rendered that week will be sent every Friday afternoon.

A 10% finance charge will be applied to unpaid balances after 15 days.

I accept: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Cash.

Do you have references?

Absolutely! I’d be happy to provide references who can speak to my services and love for animals.

Do you have a reliable form of transportation?

I sure do! While I mainly drive, I also enjoy biking or walking to some sits if the distance allows.

Holiday Rates

There is an additional $7 added on per service for some holidays and the days surrounding.

I am coming over from Rover, why do I need to fill out an intake form if you already know my pet?

Once our sitting is complete on Rover, I can no longer easily access your pet's information, past chats, or emergency contacts. Filling out the intake form ensures I have everything I need to provide the best care for your pet.


How do referrals work?

If you've enjoyed my services, I’d love for you to spread the word to your friends, family, and neighbors.

For each client you refer to me who books and completes their service, you’ll receive $20 off your next booking. There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make, so the more pets you send my way, the more discounts you’ll earn!

Social Media

I love using social media to showcase my work, and your pet may end up on my feed! Rest assured, I do not include any identifying information (like your address or last names). If you prefer your pet not to be shared online, simply email me at suchatreatpdx@gmail.com or text 201-841-6060, and I’ll be happy to respect your privacy.

Meet & Greets

Meet & greets are one of my favorite parts of the job! It's a great opportunity for us to connect, for you to show me around, hand off keys, and for me to give your pet a little chin scratch. These sessions are always complimentary and last between 15-30 minutes. If you’d like a “trial run” with your pet, we can schedule it as a regular walk or drop-in service.

I am insured through Pet Care Insurance.

Service Area

  • Drop-ins/Walks: Typically within a 7-mile radius of SE 46th and Division.

  • Recurring Services: I take recurring weekly clients on a case-by-case basis, depending on location, timing, and duration. Let’s chat about the details!

  • House Sitting: I am currently only offering overnight house sitting to repeat house sitting clients. I am happy to provide full day care for your pet - lets chat.
